1 - Who is your sports business inspiration?
Ciaran Fisher (Co-founder and CTO at InCrowd) - one of the smartest people I've worked with in my Product career so far. I have a lot to learn from him but he is also incredibly kind hearted.
2 - Name an organisation in sport we should be following and why?
NBA - incredible fan engagement and always interesting to follow their journey and see their roadmap unfold.
3 - What is your top recommendation for great sports industry content?
The Diary Of A CEO with Steven Bartlett Podcast - it's great for anyone to listen to in any industry. Raw and real interviews with some incredibly successful people with lots to learn from.
4 - What is the biggest thing you have learned from your career in sports so far?
There is always an opportunity to learn and grow, you've just got to put yourself out there to find and take on those opportunities.
5 - Finally, your one non-negotiable for anyone looking to get into a career in sports?
Willingness to learn. Not everyone is perfect at their job but as long as there is a willingness to learn then anything is possible.
